It is energy efficient, located within walking distance of public transport, and built for hybrid work that limits travel and reduces our overall footprint. We encourage remote collaboration, reducing the need for constant travel between client and partner offices.

We also invest in digital efficiency. Our cloud-based systems are designed to scale without additional hardware or energy-intensive infrastructure. We select technology providers that operate with renewable energy and have clear targets for achieving net zero carbon emissions. Our core hosting environments run on European data infrastructure powered by renewable sources and supported by advanced water and energy management.

Sustainability for us goes beyond carbon. We aim to minimise waste in both hardware and software. Our development processes are designed to extend the life of systems rather than replace them. We work with suppliers who share that vision, prioritising circular technology initiatives that reuse and recycle components.

We continuously monitor our operational footprint and aim to align our growth with the Science Based Targets initiative for small and medium enterprises. Our goal is to operate in line with the one point five degree climate pathway and to expand carbon accounting across our supply chain.

Our systems are independently certified under ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type I. We implement data protection and privacy controls by design, using encryption, access control, and role-based authorisation to ensure that client and user information remains secure. All data is processed and stored within Europe to maintain compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

RobotX develops Agentic AI systems with one clear principle: AI should enhance professional judgment, never replace it. Every capability we create is designed with human oversight, explainable logic, and reviewable output. We comply with the principles of the European Union AI Act, ensuring that every process is transparent, accountable, and traceable from input to output.

Our internal governance structure defines clear lines of responsibility across leadership, product development, and security operations. Each function has designated owners for risk management, compliance, and ethical oversight. We maintain an internal code of conduct that requires transparency, integrity, and zero tolerance for misuse of technology or unethical behaviour.

6. ESG in Practice

Our ESG commitments are reflected directly in how our products work and how we operate.

Flex, our AI-native Excel solution, brings structure, accuracy, and traceability to financial data. By turning manual sourcing and reconciliation into a transparent process, Flex reduces repetitive work and errors while improving auditability.

Flow automates entire audit procedures, ensuring that evidence and documentation are standardised, reviewable, and compliant with international standards. It also provides guided reasoning to help users understand the logic behind every result. Together, Flex and Flow demonstrate that technology can accelerate work while strengthening governance and accountability.

We apply the same discipline internally. Our ESG steering group oversees initiatives in sustainability, diversity, and data responsibility. This team ensures that the values expressed in our products are mirrored in our daily operations, from recruitment to development to client engagement.

Our ESG journey continues to evolve. We are finalising our validation under the Science Based Targets initiative and are extending carbon accounting to include our full supply chain. We will publish annual updates on progress toward our environmental and social goals.
